Burkina Faso has launched a digital signature service
Burkina Faso has officially launched its national electronic signature platform FasoSign, the state news agency reports.
The platform will make it possible to remotely verify the authenticity and certify administrative documents, which previously required a handwritten signature, physical printing, and delivery.
Furthermore, FasoSign is of great importance for digital sovereignty, as Burkina Faso is gradually transferring all data from international services to national ones located within the country and managed by local engineers.
